What is your origin story?

One day the founder Mehdi Nowroozi was inspired by watching his parent’s wedding film. He had an ‘aha’ moment that one of the most important moment in his parents’ lives was frozen and re-watchable. It blew his mind. This video was nowhere near as valuable to them then as it was to him now.

After having graduated from Vancouver Film School in 2012, he fell further in love with the art photography and being the magic of capturing and documenting such an important day in his clients’ lives. He built a team of photographers, videographers, and editors that he trusts and who make work feel like play.

Are all of your videos the same style?

Every couple and wedding day is unique. We love to capture the true essence of the wedding day and your personality in the video. We will send you a questionnaire for you to provide any preferences and details. If there is a specific video of ours that you resonate with, please let us know and we will do our best to emanate that style with your own essence mixed into it.

Do we get to pick the song for our video?

Yes, you will be involved in the process of choosing a song. We have a selection of licensed songs we will send you through a questionnaire and if those don’t do the trick we can pick any song you'd like! Our editing team collaborates closely with you in order to make sure the song you pick is a great fit for the footage that we capture on the day.

What happens if our assigned photographer falls ill or cannot make it to our wedding for any reason?

In the event that this happens (God forbid). We have a team of photographers, videographers, and editors who are consistent with Here & Vow's artistic style. If the assigned photographer or videographer can't make it to the wedding, we will have another member of our team fill in. We let the couple and/or wedding coordinator know as soon as we know.

Are you available for travel/destination weddings?

Yes, we absolutely are. Check out this highlight we filmed in Mexico. Please note that travel fees will be added to the quote depending on the location and transportation.
